Subscription & Payments:
Subscription Fee: Our services require a monthly subscription fee of ₹ 1000. This fee provides you access to 5-6 booking leads per month.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, and net banking. Ensure that your payment details are up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in service.
Refund Policy: If you do not receive any leads for three consecutive months, your subscription fee will be refunded. Please contact customer support to initiate a refund request.
Managing Your Account:
Updating Information: If you need to update your contact information or vehicle details, please log in to your account and navigate to the "Profile" section.
Forgot Password: If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Booking Leads:
Receiving Leads: Once registered, you will start receiving booking leads based on your location and availability. These leads will be sent directly to your registered contact number.
Lead Response: It's essential to respond to leads promptly to increase your chances of securing bookings. Delays in response may result in missed opportunities.
